Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team and ensure the highest standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff development.
Position Summary

The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing services. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Director of Nursing (DON) Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and oversight to all nursing operations and clinical staff
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation requirements
  • Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies and procedures
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, recruitment, and retention of nursing staff
  • Collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to drive clinical excellence
