Director of Nursing - DON | ANRC $130,000 - $104,000/annually, based on experience Full-Time | 40hrs per week
Delivering Solutions that Matter:
Direct and oversee nursing operations to ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centered care in accordance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
Lead and supervise nursing staff, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, competency assessment, and professional development.
Monitor clinical outcomes and quality measures, including falls, pressure injuries, infections, rehospitalizations, medication management, and other key indicators.
Ensure regulatory and survey readiness by maintaining compliance with CMS, state, and organizational standards, while addressing deficiencies and implementing corrective action plans.
Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, rehabilitation, social services, and other interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans and improve resident outcomes.
Qualifications for Success:
Active, unencumbered MA Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
3+ years prior Nursing experience in long-term care/skilled nursing
1+ years prior experience in a clinical supervisor or leadership role
Knowledge of long-term care regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols in a skilled nursing or similar healthcare setting.
Current CPR certifications, including BLS and ACLS.
Ability to communicate fluently in English - both verbally and written
