If you've led manufacturing operations and enjoy developing people while improving how work gets done, your experience could make a significant impact here.
Reporting to the Executive Vice President of ITAD, you'll turn strategy into results across Dynamic's primary and satellite facilities. You'll develop leaders, strengthen operational consistency, and use data and technology to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

- Improve production flow and performance. Apply Lean manufacturing practices, Gemba walks, and root cause analysis to remove bottlenecks, reduce waste, and improve productivity and quality.
- Make performance visible and actionable. Build dashboards and scorecards that help teams understand results, recognize issues early, and take ownership of improvement.
- Connect operational decisions to profitability. Manage labor, costs, and budgets while aligning production schedules and capacity with business demand and customer commitments.
- Use technology to improve how work gets done. Partner across teams to strengthen ERP use, inventory management, and process automation as operations grow.
- Protect our people and our customers' trust. Hold high standards for safety, quality, environmental compliance, and data security while ensuring customer assets are handled securely, and service commitments are met.
