What We Are Looking For
3+ years of hotel management experience - You know how to run a department without breaking a sweat (or a vacuum).
Housekeeping leadership background - Because making beds is one thing, managing a team that makes hundreds is another.
High school diploma (or higher) - A solid academic base to support solid business decisions.
Strong tech skills - Familiarity with Microsoft Office and hotel systems helps keep the details crisp.
Flexibility and stamina - You're ready for whatever shift or task the day throws at you, and you can lift up to 50 lbs (towels are heavier than they look).
