Director of Growth Marketing

The Role: The Growth Architect Behind the Brand

Marketing at Linguava isn't just about getting our name out there. It's about creating meaningful connections between Linguava and the healthcare organizations that need better language access, turning those connections into opportunities, and helping our business grow in a way that advances our mission.

As our Director of Growth Marketing, you'll be the strategic architect behind that growth.

You'll own the full marketing ecosystem, from demand generation and pipeline acceleration to brand, content, digital, social, communications, events, and customer engagement. You'll partner closely with our Chief Revenue Officer and Sales leadership to build a marketing engine that creates demand, strengthens our market position, and delivers measurable revenue impact.

This is a big-picture role for a strategic, data-driven marketing leader who can also roll up their sleeves. You'll lead a team, shape our marketing organization, manage our budget and agency partners, and bring together creative storytelling and rigorous performance measurement.

Most importantly, you'll help tell the Linguava story in a way that makes people understand why language access matters and why Linguava is uniquely positioned to deliver it.
