Director of Finance - NASP
Hybrid on-site | Montebello, CA
$175,000 - $200,000 per year DOE

NewGen Administrative Services partners with healthcare organizations to deliver compassionate, person-centered care. We're looking for a Director of Finance to lead M&A initiatives, oversee FP&A, and drive strategic projects that scale our financial operations across skilled nursing and emerging business lines. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on financial leader who thrives at the intersection of growth, operations, and strategy.

What you'll do:

  • Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships-building underwriting models, valuation analyses, and integration plans
  • Oversee FP&A functions: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI reporting, and long-range planning that guide enterprise decision-making
  • Drive post-acquisition integration and transition management, ensuring new entities are fully supported and financially aligned
  • Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership on capital allocation, operational performance, and infrastructure scalability
  • Develop scalable financial controls, reporting processes, and dashboards to support a growing, multi-entity organization


What you bring:

  • Must have: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Must have: 5+ years of financial leadership experience, with at least 3 years focused on M&A, transaction advisory, or healthcare acquisitions
  • Must have: Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills; deep understanding of cash flow, debt compliance, and covenant reporting
  • Must have: Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to present to executive teams and ownership groups
  • Nice to have: Experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or post-acute care operations
