Your Role:

Are you an experienced senior leader in finance, particularly in healthcare and/or government? Do you want to impact your community through the stewarding of finances entrusted to us?

The Director of Finance and Administrative Services / CFO oversees a large finance team, supporting over 65 different programs, 80 different grants, and a $90 Million budget. This person is hands on in the development and oversight of our budget, financial direction of the Agency, and the managing and development of the Finance, Materials Management, and Facilities teams.

Job Requirements:

  • Completion of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in finance, accounting, business, public administration, or related field, with CPA or MBA highly desired.
  • Minimum of ten years’ experience in government or healthcare budget, finance, and accounting activities.
  • Six years of senior-level leadership experience, preferably gained in an organization of comparable size and budget, preferably in healthcare or government.
  • Ability to establish and enhance working relationships with community, governmental and professional health personnel, federal and state officials, and the public.
  • Advanced knowledge of generally accepted accounting policies and procedures.
  • Considerable knowledge of the principles, methods and practices of governmental accounting and public finance.
  • Considerable knowledge of budgeting and forecasting methods.
  • Considerable project management skills to assure large projects are completed on time and under budget.
