The Oaks at Denville is seeking an experienced Director of Facilities Management to join our team!The Oaks at Denville is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Denville, NJ. The primary purpose of the position of Director of Facilities Management is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with the current local, state and federal standards, guidelines, as well as regulations that govern Springpoint and as directed by the Executive Director.
Responsibilities:- Oversight of all facility related departments and serves on the Executive Director's leadership team.
- Ensure all compliance and life safety requirements are properly managed and documented, supporting ED and Administrator during inspections.
- Participate in Community surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies.
- Review and develop a plan of correction for facility program deficiencies noted during survey inspections and provide a written copy of such to the Administrator and Executive Director.
- Oversight of work order related systems, ensuring the system is properly utilized to incorporate standards and that supervisors are managing work orders, preventative maintenance and scheduling objectives.
- Participates in the Manager on Duty schedule.
- Oversees Risk Control and Safety.
- Supervises the completion of unit turnover.
- Works closely with the sales team to ensure adherence to the company's financial objectives.
- Maintains confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written, and electronic communications.
Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare facilities operations.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 / year#INDML
