Director of Estimating

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Estimating to join our team in Camp Hill. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all estimating activities and ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the estimating process.

  • Lead and manage a team of estimators to deliver high-quality and timely estimates
  • Develop and implement estimating strategies to support project requirements
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate estimates
  • Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project scope and requirements
  • Monitor industry trends and market conditions to ensure competitiveness in estimating practices
