Qualifications:- Technical background:
- B.S. materials science
- B.S. mechanical/electrical engineering
- ~10+ years industry experience
- Automotive/aerospace/heavy equipment/commercial heat treating
- Related experience:
- Quality manager
- Metallurgist
- Process engineer
- Plant/operations manager
Job Functions:- Technical sales & engineering support:
- Develop equipment concept designs and support technical discussions with new and existing customers
- Work with engineering department to ensure technical objectives and goals of projects are met
- Customer service support:
- Work with customers, engineering, and field service department to resolve customer related processing and equipment issues
- Product development:
- Evaluate and work with engineering to implement design and technology improvements to product lines
