Position Summary
Position Summary The Director of Engineering and Transportation is a senior managerial position responsible for planning, supervising, and directing public works, engineering, transportation, and capital-improvement activities for the company. The Director leads the Engineering and Transportation Divisions through the complete project lifecycle, including planning, design, consultant selection, budget development, grant coordination, construction administration, financial recovery, closeout, and long-term infrastructure planning.
