Full Job Description
The Director of Development reports to the Executive Director of Advancement for Price College of Business and will manage a portfolio of major gift donors ($25,000+) to raise funds for the college. This professional works closely with fellow OU Foundation colleagues as well as faculty, staff and administrative leadership on the OU Norman campus to develop and implement fundraising strategy to meet individual and team fundraising goals.

As a skilled individual contributor, the Director of Development carries an expected annual fundraising goal of $3 million ($15 million over a rolling five-year period), requires regular nationwide travel and brings a demonstrated record of advancing complex, impact-based philanthropic initiatives.

Bachelor's degree and 4-8 years of progressive experience in fundraising, sales and/or gift planning-related roles required. Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) certification preferred.
