• Experience in people management, particularly in hiring and developing client-facing delivery leaders.
• Pre-sales experience: crafting solutions and writing SOWs and change orders.
• Strong executive presence for interacting with clients and engineers alike.
• Experience leading remote teams across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery and execution across various cloud, data, and AI engagements.
• Manage financial performance and risk across the portfolio, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead client engagements to ensure positive business outcomes and exceed the SOW scope.
• Act as the executive delivery sponsor for major accounts and resolve issues above the project level.
• Collaborate with Google Cloud team to align on delivery strategies and expansions.
• Develop a high-performing delivery management team through effective hiring and coaching practices.
• Oversee staffing and resource planning for global client engagements.
• Continuously improve delivery methodologies and governance while incorporating best practices.
