What is "Best Life?" Best Life is a unique and holistic dementia care approach that helps people and organizations support those living with dementia to live rich and rewarding lives!
** Full Time ** Monday - Friday ** $85,000 to $99,000/year (DOE)What We're Looking For:- A dynamic, relationship-driven individual who thrives on community building and resident empowerment.

- A servant leader who coaches a team to achieve these goals within every area of the community - independent living, assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing.
- A person-directed approach toward resident engagement in our new, innovative model of long-term care: four, 8-person small house homes for those who need skilled nursing care.
To be successful in the role, you would have:- Bachelor's degree in social work, recreation therapy, aging, business, or related field, preferred.
- Three to Five years of prior related experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
