  • Lead and mentor department heads and operational leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, engagement, and service excellence.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies, business plans, annual budgets, capital plans, and revenue forecasts to support organizational goals.
  • Partner with club, resort, and executive leadership to align operational priorities with the overall vision and growth strategy of the organization.
  • Drive exceptional member and guest experiences by ensuring personalized service, consistent execution, and a strong culture of hospitality across all departments.
  • Collaborate with Membership and Marketing teams to enhance member engagement, support retention initiatives, and develop innovative club programming and activations.
  • Partner with Culinary and Food & Beverage leadership to elevate dining experiences, special events, catering programs, and outlet performance.
  • Monitor operational performance metrics and financial results, implementing process improvements that enhance service, efficiency, profitability, and member satisfaction.
  • Ensure all club facilities, amenities, and public spaces maintain the highest standards of appearance, cleanliness, functionality, and safety.
  • Oversee labor management, scheduling strategies, productivity standards, and workforce planning across club operations.
  • Support membership sales and retention efforts through operational excellence, relationship building, and active participation in member events and club activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, guests, ownership, stakeholders, and resort leadership.
  • Lead regular operational meetings and conduct ongoing performance reviews to ensure accountability and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, OSHA regulations, and applicable local, state, and federal laws.
  • Champion The Seagate's culture, values, and commitment to delivering unparalleled luxury hospitality experiences.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Strong business acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, labor management, and revenue optimization.
  • Demonstrated success building, coaching, and developing high-performing leadership teams.
  • Exceptional member and guest service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, club programming, membership experiences, and luxury hospitality standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
