Job Summary:

As a Director of Clinical Services at Prestige Healthcare Services, you will play a critical role in leading our clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes. Reporting directly to the Chief Clinical Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our clinical services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of clinicians to provide high-quality patient care and achieve exceptional outcomes
  • Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company protocols
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve patient satisfaction
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks associated with patient care
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of clinical records and reports
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive clinical excellence and improve patient outcomes
  • Foster strong relationships with patients and families to ensure a positive patient experience

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a Skilled Nursing Facility
  • Bachelors degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Current license to practice in the state of Virginia
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive results and coach and develop team members
  • Proven experience in clinical operations management, with a focus on quality improvement and patient safety
