Director of Clinical Services (Therapy Focused) -

Psychiatric & Substance Use Disorder Facility

Location: 4770 Larimer Parkway, Johnstown, Colorado
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (with leadership on-call responsibilities)

What You'll Do

As the Director of Clinical Services (Therapy Focused), you will lead the therapy department and ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care. You will:

Oversee therapy services, including individual, group, and family therapy programs.
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate therapists, case managers, and clinical support staff.
Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Develop and implement therapeutic programming that supports recovery and patient outcomes.
Collaborate with medical and nursing leadership to ensure an integrated care approach.
Provide clinical oversight, training, and professional development opportunities for therapists.
Monitor documentation, treatment planning, and utilization review to ensure quality and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field required.
