The role You'll lead a department of Senior Account Managers, owning client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth across the portfolio. Final escalation point. Performance coach. Culture driver. High-ownership, high-impact, with real growth potential.

What you'll own
  • Client retention, churn strategy, and NPS
  • MRR growth, upsell and cross-sell targets per AM
  • Campaign ROI - CPL and MCAC within target
  • Daily coaching and development of Account Managers
  • SOPs, KPIs, and department-wide cadences
  • Client escalations and root-cause resolution


What you bring
  • 6+ years in digital marketing; 3+ years in account management
