What you'll own- Client retention, churn strategy, and NPS
- MRR growth, upsell and cross-sell targets per AM
- Campaign ROI - CPL and MCAC within target
- Daily coaching and development of Account Managers
- SOPs, KPIs, and department-wide cadences
- Client escalations and root-cause resolution
What you bring- 6+ years in digital marketing; 3+ years in account management
- 2+ years managing teams of 5+ direct reports
- 4+ years hitting retention, upsell, and churn KPIs
- Deep knowledge of SEO, paid media, inbound, and web
- Systems-first mindset with SOP and KPI development experience
- Traction EOS or Rockefeller Habits familiarity is a strong plus
