Director of Business Services

Overview

Director of Business Services will partner with five Executive Vice Presidents (EVPs) who lead ISD-Engineering, ISD-Execution (West/Central/East), ISD-Operations Services, and ISD Business Services, ensuring enterprise-level initiatives and cross-functional programs are defined, organized, and delivered with speed and precision.

This role will lead a small, high-impact team of Business Analysts and Associates to support the President and EVPs, enabling the senior leadership team to focus on strategy and decision-making.

• Portfolio Visibility & Performance Tracking: Maintain a single enterprise view of the multi-billion-dollar project portfolio, including key milestones, financial metrics, and risk indicators. Partner with Operations Services and Business Services to integrate project controls, financial forecasting, and resource planning into strategic decision support.
• Change Leadership & Culture Stewardship: Act as a catalyst for cultural alignment across a rapidly scaling organization by promoting collaboration, accountability, and transparency. Help embed enterprise governance, process excellence, and best practices into the leadership rhythm of the President's team.
