Typical QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSExperience- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in finance, accounting, business administration, procurement and compliance.
- Minimum of five (5) years of executive or senior management experience leading organizational strategy, financial planning, policy development, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience supervising professional or technical staff, including performance evaluations, team development and operational planning
- Demonstrated experience developing and administering departmental operating and capital budgets
- Preferred experience in utilities or similarly complex service delivery organization of similar or greater size.
Education- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Public administration, or a closely related field. An equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible executive-level experience may be considered.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Public Administration (MPA), or a closely related field preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant preferred
