We're looking for a builder. A leader. An entrepreneur-minded sales professional who wants to build something of their own within a growing company.
At Restoration Network, we're ready to take our business development efforts to the next level. We have an established restoration company, a strong operational foundation, and ambitious growth plans.
What we don't have yet is a fully developed sales department.
That's where you come in.
We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager who has successfully built, trained, and led a sales team before. Someone who knows how to recruit great people, create repeatable sales processes, develop relationships, and drive measurable revenue growth.
This is not a position where you'll inherit a fully staffed sales department. You'll have the opportunity to build the department from the ground up, with the support and resources of an established company.
