Job Summary

The Director of Bond and Facilities Modernization is a high-level administrative leadership role responsible for the strategic planning, oversight, and execution of the District's capital improvement program. This individual ensures that bond-funded projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with the District's educational goals.
The Director serves as the primary liaison between District leadership, the Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC), architects, contractors, and the San Bruno community.
