Full Job Description
The Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time non-tenure-eligible Clinician-Educator at the rank of Professor. Responsibilities include leading growth strategy, service line development, technology adoption, outreach, and multi-site expansion aligned with system and market priorities. This position will work with all the regional leadership to ensure strategic priorities are aligned for the NM system hospitals. This position will contribute to advancing research on hearing loss, improve outcomes for affected populations, and educating and the training of future Audiologists (students) in the diagnosis and treatment of these conditions.

Qualified candidates will have a Doctor of Audiology (AuD) or PhD in Audiology related area. Clinical trials and research experience. Management experience in healthcare, academic, or multisite clinical environment with a demonstrated expertise in advanced audiology diagnostics and implantable technology.

The start date is negotiable and the position will remain open until filled.

The expected salary range for this position is $200,000 - $300,000 annually.
