Full Job Description
Salary: $90,000k

The Edinburg Center is seeking an experienced, dynamic leader for the Director of Adult Community Mental Health Services position, overseeing our Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) and Potter Place Clubhouse.

This position provides clinical, administrative, and operational leadership to ensure high-quality, person-centered, recovery-oriented services while supporting strong teams, program quality, and continued growth.

A collaborative and experienced behavioral health leader who is passionate about community-based mental health services and helping individuals live meaningful, independent lives in the community.

You bring strong clinical judgment, leadership experience, and the ability to support and develop teams while balancing clinical quality, program operations, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals.

Qualifications Include:
• Master's degree in a relevant clinical field required
• Independent licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT required
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in community mental health
• Minimum of three years of leadership and supervisory experience
• Knowledge of recovery oriented, trauma informed, person centered, and evidence based practices
• Experience providing clinical consultation, operational oversight, and program leadership
What You Will Do:
• Provide clinical, administrative, and operational leadership for the PACT program and Potter Place Clubhouse
• Supervise, coach, and support program leadership while promoting strong team development and performance
• Provide clinical consultation and guidance related to treatment planning, risk assessment, crisis intervention, and complex clinical situations
• Oversee key program operations including staffing, budgeting, program development, quality improvement, and performance outcomes
• Ensure program fidelity and compliance with DMH, MassHealth, Clubhouse International, and applicable regulatory requirements
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with hospitals, community providers, state agencies, referral sources, and other stakeholders
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning, program growth, workforce planning, and organizational initiatives
