Position Summary

WePartner Group is seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Director of Acquisitions to identify, source, and secure commercial real estate investment opportunities. This individual will play a key role in expanding our acquisition pipeline through proactive outreach, cold calling, networking, and industry relationships. The ideal candidate is an experienced commercial real estate professional with a proven track record of sourcing off-market opportunities and closing transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, evaluate, and secure commercial real estate acquisition opportunities that align with the company's investment strategy.
  • Generate off-market investment opportunities through cold calling, networking, and relationship building.
  • Conduct market research, financial analysis, and competitive assessments.
  • Prepare letters of intent (LOIs), proposals, presentations, and purchase contracts.
  • Coordinate due diligence and collaborate with internal teams throughout the acquisition process.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to develop and implement strategies that expand the company's acquisition platform and market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, property owners, lenders, and industry professionals.
  • Represent and promote WePartner Group within the commercial real estate community.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, investment sales, brokerage, leasing, or business development.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing off-market commercial real estate opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, CoStar, LoopNet, and Crexi.
  • Active Georgia Real Estate License preferred (or ability to obtain one).
