Director North America, Global Industrial, Automotive & EV Sales
(m/f/d)PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, pursue, and win new ndustrial, Automotive & EV customers within an assigned territory, with new-logo acquisition and sustainable new revenue generation as the primary focus.
- Build relationships with prospective customers and key decision-makers to understand their business needs, logistics challenges, and buying processes.
- Develop and execute strategic sales based on market intelligence, industry trends, and regional and global ndustrial, Automotive & EV priorities.
- Design tailored solutions across multimodal freight and PSA BDP's broader logistics and supply chain portfolio that improve efficiency, optimize costs, mitigate risk, and create measurable customer value.
- Identify additional growth opportunities within Industrial, Automotive & EV customers across products, regions, and trade lanes.
- Collaborate with product leaders, regional teams, sales colleagues, and cross-functional partners to develop and execute customer strategies and coordinate complex or multi-regional opportunities.
- Lead and coordinate RFP and tender opportunities, working across product, pricing, operations, and regional teams to develop competitive solutions and compelling proposals.
- Maintain accurate customer, prospect, and opportunity information in CRM and consistently meet or exceed defined KPIs for customer engagement, pipeline development, and new revenue.

Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION
- Minimum 5 years of strategic sales experience, including at least 3 years within logistics and supply chain solutions, preferably with experience within the Industrial, Automotive & EV vertical.
- Proven hunter mentality with a strong track record in winning new business, building strategic customer relationships, and generating sustainable revenue.
- Experience selling multimodal freight and broader logistics and supply chain solutions, including ocean, air, overland, LLP/4PL, customs house brokerage (CHB), global trade management, and other value-added solutions. Industry-specific experience and an established network within the relevant vertical are highly preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at senior and executive levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across regions and cultures.
- Self-starter with a commercial mindset, high integrity, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
