Description:- Architect and implement End of Line manufacturing testing for Capital System and sub systems to verify system functionality.
- Architect and implement hardware in the loop testing for Capital System integration to identify integration issues and ensure durability and safety of both software and / or hardware feature updates.
- Architect and implement CICD testing using known hardware for software updates.
- Ability to integrate/debug new hardware (new designs + lot variations) and or software and identify/direct functional issues to engineering team.
- Stress and load testing to assess limits and durability of system.
- Aggregate and connect/link data from various stages of device manufacturing (incoming, in process mfg), testing and field (point of use and service data) into a centralized access point for team analysis.
- Apply testing frameworks developed on Capital system to Implant and Delivery System product lines.
- Define the organization of data output so it can be analyzed to provide actionable feedback to engineering teams on system design, manufacturing consistency and clinical performance.
- Ability to implement a COMPLEX (Communication, Planning and Execution) framework with a can do attitude with performance tied to results.
Skills:- Firm grasp of test development and ability to execute (unit tests, integration tests, functional tests and performance tests)
- Proficiency in Python, C, MATLAB or ROS for automation, test script creation and robot control
- Understanding of robotic systems and components such as motors, brakes, gear boxes
- Ability to harness, analyze and visualize data in Python or similar
- Working knowledge of embedded system design to the degree of implementing tests around robotic hardware.
- Firm grasp of engineering fundamentals such as elasticity, torque, efficiency or ability to collect and synthesize inputs from experts.
- Trouble shooting ability to delineate software bugs, mechanical faults or integration problems and identify where in the stack the failure occurs.
- Strong communication, collaboration/teamwork and project management skills.
- Can do attitude.
Requirements:- 10+ years experience
- Engineering degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or Computer Science
