The Director, Marketing Enablement, is responsible for building and leading the infrastructure that enables franchise owners to effectively access, understand, and execute marketing programs, tools and platforms across the organization. This role leads an integrated Marketing Enablement function spanning training and education, owner communications, program management, shared-services coordination, and frontline marketing support. This role ensures franchise owners have a clear and consistent experience—from learning how to use marketing programs and platforms, to receiving coordinated communications, to accessing technical expertise, and to getting timely assistance with routine marketing needs through centralized support channels.
The Director leads both strategic enablement functions and frontline support teams while partnering closely with Marketing, Brand, Digital, Media, Technology, Operations, ProTradeNet and other shared services experts.

As an Director, Marketing Enablement on the Marketing team, a typical day for you will include:
- Lead the Marketing Enablement strategy, including franchise owner education, communications, program management, and support services to drive adoption and successful execution of marketing programs and platforms.
- Develop and deliver scalable training, onboarding, and learning experiences that increase franchise owner understanding, engagement, and utilization of marketing tools, technologies, and initiatives.
- Coordinate and govern marketing communications to franchise owners, ensuring clear, consistent messaging and integrated support plans for major initiatives and business changes.
- Serve as the primary liaison between franchise owners, marketing teams, and shared-service subject matter experts, translating complex initiatives into actionable programs and resources.
- Oversee the centralized marketing support function, including support processes, escalation management, service delivery, and continuous improvement of the franchise owner experience.
- Monitor program performance, support trends, adoption metrics, and owner feedback to identify opportunities for process enhancements, improved service delivery, and increased operational effectiveness.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Marketing Enablement team while fostering a culture of accountability, responsiveness, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Establish a consistent franchise owner enablement journey across learning, activation, support, and issue resolution to improve program adoption and owner satisfaction.
- Partner with Marketing leadership to prioritize enablement investments, optimize resource allocation, and drive business outcomes through effective change management and execution.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation, AI, self-service capabilities, and knowledge management solutions that improve scalability, efficiency, and franchise owner support.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of marketing experience with a strong background in integrated marketing across traditional and digital channels.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience.
- Experience within an agency environment, franchise organization, or similarly complex operating model.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience leading marketing enablement, training, communications, or franchise support functions.
- Experience with marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, learning management systems, and AI-enabled solutions.
Work Environment & Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT.
