Full Job Description
Specific Responsibilities Would Include

Centric Brands is seeking a Director Licensing who will be responsible for working on the licensed portfolio in its Accessories division.  Incumbent will be the key liaison between our internal teams and Licensors.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Proactively identify and implement business development opportunities across existing partners.
  •  Partner with licensors to develop and grow partnership with the goal of driving revenue increasing engagement across
  •  Work closely with licensors to develop and achieve financial plans and key performance indicators while driving growth strategies for the partnership. 
  •  Build strategic and tactical changes that drive business strategy and promote efficiency.
  •  Demonstrated experience with direct licensee product development process.
  • Day to day contact with licensor team
  • Regularly update all development and shipping trackers
  • Manager development calendar for all categories
  • Schedule and attend all licensor and cross functional meetings.
  • Coordinate social/product compliance.
  • Handle all photography requests.
  • Publish seasonal bookings recap to licensor operations.
Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have
  • Bachelor’s Degree; previous licensing experience of 5+ years preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Analytical; comfortable working with numbers; proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience in PLM & SAP a plus
  • Fast-paced environment requires a dedicated self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and excellent organizational skills
  • Passion for building and maintaining relationships
  • Ability to successfully multi-task and manage tight deadlines

Salary Range: $140,000 - 150,000

Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
