Full Job Description
Job Description:

Shape the future of work at JLL by building the capabilities our workforce needs to thrive in an AI-transformed environment. We are seeking a strategic and motivated Learning and Development Manager to lead upskilling and reskilling initiatives for our Corporate Functions (HR, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Research, Business Services) and JLL Technologies teams. You will be responsible for designing and delivering future-focused learning programs that enable our business teams to adapt, grow, and excel as artificial intelligence reshapes how we work. Your role will be vital in ensuring our people have the skills, mindsets, and capabilities required to drive innovation and maintain JLL's competitive advantage in an evolving commercial real estate landscape.

You'll bring agility and resilience, comfort moving with change rather than waiting for it to settle. You're AI- and digital-literate, and you've already put AI-enabled tools to work in how you design and deliver learning. You think critically and analytically, and you know how to turn that thinking into a case others can act on. You collaborate naturally, influence without needing formal authority, consult rather than dictate, and you know how to drive change through people, not just process.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders across Corporate Functions and JLL Technologies to champion AI-driven upskilling and reskilling initiatives
  • Engage and influence senior leaders to secure organizational support, drive adoption of learning programs, and ensure alignment with business priorities
  • Conduct regular consultations with executives and business partners to understand evolving capability needs
  • Own change management requirements related to skills transformation, collaborating with Communications to craft compelling messaging that builds enthusiasm and reduces resistance to new ways of working

Program Design & Development
  • Partner with stakeholders to create a long-term vision and roadmap for workforce capability development that aligns with JLL's Business Line People plan and AI and technology strategy
  • Work with internal SME's to understand future skill requirements and emerging technology trends, ensuring learning programs evolve ahead of business demands
  • Design learning experiences and curricula that build critical future-ready capabilities including AI literacy, digital fluency, data-driven decision making, critical thinking, storytelling, business expertise, and adaptive problem-solving
  • Create frameworks, design engaging learning materials, and develop training resources yourself and in collaboration with the broader L&D design team and Business SMEs
  • Ensure learning solutions reflect industry best practices, technology advancements, and the evolving nature of work in Corporate Functions and JLL Technologies
  • Develop learning pathways that cater to different learning styles, skill levels, and career stages, enabling employees to build capabilities at their own pace

Program Facilitation & Delivery
  • Facilitate engaging workshops, training sessions, and blended learning experiences that accelerate skill adoption and drive behavioral change
  • Deliver both virtual and in-person learning interventions that build confidence and competence
  • Create psychologically safe learning environments where employees feel empowered to experiment, ask questions, and develop new capabilities
  • Facilitate Executive Coaching and Team workshops

Program Management & Implementation
  • Coordinate regional and global rollout of standardized learning pathways and capability frameworks across Corporate Functions and JLL Technologies
  • Develop detailed project plans, monitor implementation progress, and proactively address challenges to ensure programs launch on time and meet stakeholder expectations
  • Manage end-to-end program lifecycles from planning through delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement

Data-Driven Decision Making & Continuous Improvement
  • Capture participant feedback, performance data, and capability progression indicators
  • Analyze program data to identify improvement opportunities, emerging needs, and strategies that enhance learning outcomes and business alignment
  • Regularly report insights, achievements, and recommendations to stakeholders, demonstrating ROI and making evidence-based recommendations for program evolution

Experience:
  • 5+ years in learning and development, ideally within professional services, consulting, or financial services
  • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale L&D programs in global, matrixed organizations
  • Best in-class facilitation skills both virtually and in person
  • Executive Coaching and psychometric assessments
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management across multiple geographies and organizational levels
  • Demonstrated success preparing workforces for AI-augmented roles and designing programs focused on future upskilling (preferable)
  • undefined

Core Competencies
  • Strategic: You connect learning initiatives to business outcomes and organizational priorities
  • Executive presence: Comfortable presenting to executives, shaping perspectives, and securing buy-in and resources
  • Forward-thinking mindset: You work to understand future capability needs and connect learning to competitive advantage
  • Project management: You collaborate well to deliver complex, multi-workstream programs on time with limited resources
  • Data-driven mindset: You define success metrics upfront and use evidence to drive decisions
  • Resourcefulness: You thrive in ambiguity, navigate complexity, and find creative solutions

Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint for executive presentations and Excel for data analysis)
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM tools for content creation and efficiency

Personal Attributes:
  • Emotionally intelligent communicator who can engage, influence, and inspire diverse audiences
  • Self-directed professional who excels both independently and collaboratively
  • Solution-oriented problem solver with an entrepreneurial mindset

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Business, or related field
