Our Team, Your Impact

The Director, IT - Digital Marketing Technology leads the technology strategy, architecture, and delivery roadmap powering omni-channel customer engagement capabilities across US, EU and International Markets. This role sits at the intersection of global and local Commercial/Marketing teams, IT, System Integrators (SI), Managed Service Providers (MSP), and creative/media agencies - translating brand and marketing strategy into scalable data, integration, and platform capabilities that enable true omni-channel execution across HCP, patient, and consumer touchpoints in multiple markets. This leader owns the governance, roadmap, and delivery of modern marketing technology and data stack spanning Salesforce (Data 360, Identity, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Heroku), Veeva Vault CRM, AWS, GA4, and enterprise data lakes - balancing global platform standards with local market and regulatory needs.
