Aristocrat presents an exciting role for an experienced Internal & Change Communications Director to become part of our Internal Communications team within the Communications & Corporate Brand function. We are a global leader in gaming and content creation, committed to bringing joy to life through play. This job is crucial for improving our internal communication plan, developing our strategic narrative, and effectively sharing messages about organizational change and transformation company-wide. What You'll Do

  • Lead communications for major organizational changes, transformation initiatives, and executive messaging across multiple business functions, and support business units as required.
  • Develop and put into action an internal communications plan for the enterprise and Aristocrat's group functions that promote strong employee engagement.
  • Work alongside People & Culture and business leaders to offer strategic change communications, counsel and direct the development and rollout of change communications across our global enterprise.
  • Collaborate closely with other communication team members across regions and business units to guarantee consistent and effective management of change communications.
  • Provide critical communications advice and support to leaders, including acting as the communications Business Partner for some of the Group Functional leadership teams.
  • Assist in crafting crisis communications plans, including scenario mapping, messaging, and preparation of executives.
  • Identify and interpret business requirements and plan strategic, targeted communications initiatives to advance business priorities across diverse communication channels.
  • Establish targets and criteria to evaluate communications success and refine ideas, working in close partnership with other Communications colleagues supporting other regions, leaders, and business units.
  • Remain abreast of industry developments and communication intelligence and insights.
  • Build content and ensure the effectiveness of our communications channels including Ally, Viva Engage, and our LinkedIn pages, using content to tell our story.
  • Support the organization and coordination of employee events in the US and develop strong global employee programs that keep colleagues connected and informed.
  • Innovate and bring thought leadership to the Internal Communications team, ensuring our communications are effective and follow the highest standard in all respects.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 10+ years in Corporate Affairs and/or Communications leadership roles, ideally in complex businesses and with international experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and accomplishing internal communication strategies that help drive transformation while maintaining high employee engagement.
  • Proven ability to develop and own the strategic narrative for enterprise-wide change and transformation programs, crafting consistent and engaging communications across all levels.
  • Expertise in building capability and awareness through tailored engagement, collaborator mapping, and ongoing change support.
  • Skill in anticipating organizational requirements and crafting internal communication responses, both proactive and reactive, to aid the business strategy and essential contributors.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to develop relationships and trust among internal colleagues, including senior leaders, and to guide and influence leaders.
  • Must have the capability to sway decisions at all levels both inside and outside the organization by applying sound judgment, wisdom, and sensitivity.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities with the confidence to represent the company publicly.
  • Experience coordinating successful employee engagement campaigns.
  • Expertise in different social networks, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter).
  • Ability to balance vision and creative thinking with analytical rigor to meet the organization's goals.
