KPMG is currently seeking a Director - Infrastructure Project Advisory (Strategy & Technology) in Infrastructure and Projects Advisory for our Deal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex infrastructure advisory engagements focused on operations, asset management, organizational transformation, and technology implementation across transit and public infrastructure sectors
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive-level clients, translating business challenges into actionable operational and technology strategies
  • Drive business development and go-to-market initiatives, generating new opportunities and expanding KPMG's infrastructure advisory practice
  • Lead the design and deployment of asset management frameworks, governance structures, and enterprise technology solutions, including IBM Maximo and risk management platforms
  • Develop and mentor high-performing teams through recruitment, coaching, training, and career development initiatives
  • Advance industry thought leadership and practice growth through client engagement, publications, conference participation, and collaboration with KPMG leaders
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum eight years of recent experience working in critical infrastructure (specifically rail, transit, utilities, or public sector), including proven experience leading complex projects within an advisory consulting environment
  • Master's degree or post-graduate degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, Public Planning, or Technology) is preferred; minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Deep content knowledge of rail and transit operations, asset maintenance, lifecycle management, and business process re-engineering
  • Demonstrated track record of leading large-scale consulting engagements and technology-enabled business transformations, including enterprise-wide EAM platforms (IBM Maximo/MAS9, Infor, or ServiceNow) and governance frameworks
  • In-depth understanding of asset management standards (ISO 55001). Active membership in professional organizations (for example, Institute of Asset Management) and status as a Registered Asset Management Professional (RAMP) or IAM Diploma holder is highly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a proven ability to present to and influence C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
  • Willingness and ability to travel
