Full Job Description
The Director of Human Resources is the senior HR leader for OneSource, partnering with the President and leadership team to drive business performance through effective people strategies. This role leads talent, performance, and organizational effectiveness initiatives to build a high-performing, accountable culture while ensuring compliance and a strong employee experience.

What you will do:
  • Strategic Partnership: Align HR strategy with business goals, growth, and operational priorities; serve as a trusted advisor to leadership.
  • Performance & Accountability: Drive disciplined performance management with clear expectations, coaching, and no-surprises outcomes.
  • Talent & Succession: Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and development of high-potential employees to build a strong pipeline.
  • Manager Enablement: Strengthen leadership capability through coaching, training, and practical guidance for people leaders.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Compensation & Workforce Planning: Partner with leadership and finance on compensation strategy, headcount planning, and labor cost management.
  • HR Operations & Analytics: Drive process improvement, ensure data integrity, and leverage workforce analytics to inform decisions while linking insights to business outcomes such as productivity, retention, and operational performance.
  • HR Team Leadership: Lead and develop the HR team to deliver high-impact, business-focused Support


What you will bring:

  • Experience supporting a multi-location or matrixed organization.
  • Strong business acumen with proven ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Strong command of employment law and HR best practices, with specialized expertise in California compliance.
  • HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
  • Strong leadership bench and succession readiness
  • Clear, consistent performance management and accountability

  • Effective resolution of employee relations issues
  • Successful execution of key business and HR initiatives.


Location: This role is based in Fullerton, CA, or Oceanside, CA, onsite with a hybrid option in the future

Work hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Salary Range:
  • This is an exempt position that pays $160,000-$180,000 annually. This salary range reflects figures for the primary location in California. The actual range of the role may vary by location.
