Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is hiring a Director of HRIS and Technology!We're looking for a strategic, forward-thinking leader who can bring together
people, technology, data, and process improvement to help shape the future of our HR operations.
In this role, you'll provide leadership across:• HR Information Systems (HRIS)
• HR Reporting & Analytics
• Time & Attendance
• Data Integrations & Interfaces
• HR System Implementations
• Strategic HR Projects
• Change Management & Organizational Transformation
What we're looking for:• 7-10 years of professional Human Resources experience
• 5+ years of HR management experience
• Master's degree in HR, Business/Public Administration, IT, or a related field*
• HR technology and systems experience preferred
• Change management experience preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred
