About the RoleAs a Go-to-Market Leader focused on government customers, you will shape and execute market strategies that connect innovative products and features with the needs of public sector organizations. This role combines product marketing, customer advocacy, and sales enablement, working across cross-functional teams to deliver successful launches, strengthen customer engagement, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities- Lead and execute go-to-market plans for products and features serving government customers.
- Define target audiences, priority use cases, positioning, messaging, and launch objectives.
- Coordinate launch activities across Product, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure launch readiness.
- Gather and synthesize customer, market, competitive, and sales insights to inform strategy and product planning.
- Translate government mission needs, procurement considerations, and adoption barriers into actionable recommendations.
- Create sales enablement materials including pitch decks, solution briefs, use-case narratives, competitive guidance, and value frameworks.
- Deliver training and support strategic opportunities through tailored messaging, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Define and track success metrics including launch readiness, customer engagement, pipeline contribution, and product adoption.
Requirements- Demonstrated experience in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, sales enablement, or a related function, including leadership of cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience serving government markets and an understanding of public-sector buying processes, procurement cycles, and stakeholder needs.
- A track record of bringing products or features to market and translating complex capabilities into clear customer value.
- Strong writing, presentation, and storytelling skills, with experience developing persuasive sales and customer-facing materials.
- Ability to turn customer and market insights into practical recommendations for product and commercial teams.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, including the ability to align stakeholders without direct authority.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, establish measurable objectives, and drive work from strategy through execution.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $136,100 - $252,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
