The Director, FP&A Consolidation & Finance Integration is responsible for enterprise financial planning, forecasting, consolidated reporting, performance management, and finance integration across IDT and Aldevron. This role partners with executive leadership to ensure accurate and timely consolidation of financial results and translate performance across revenue, profitability, cash flow, working capital, headcount, and operational drivers into clear actions and decisions.
This position reports to the Senior Director, Corporate Finance Consolidation and is part of the FP&A Consolidations team, and will be fully remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation, forecasting, planning, and performance management processes across IDT and Aldevron.
- Deliver executive-ready reporting, variance analysis, operating reviews, and decision support that explain performance against forecast, budget, prior forecast, and prior year results.
- Analyze financial and operational performance metrics, including bookings, revenue, gross margin, operating profit, cash flow, working capital, and headcount, to identify risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
- Own the finance integration roadmap by directing cross-functional workstreams, governance, milestones, risks, resources, dependencies, and value realization.
- Lead finance systems and process integration efforts, including OneStream, ERP harmonization, reporting solutions, master data, policies, controls, and the development of the Finance Integration Lead while driving alignment across key business functions.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership accountability across FP&A, consolidation, finance transformation, or integration in a complex, multi-business environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing finance professionals and influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, management reporting, corporate accounting policies, governance, internal controls, SOX, and US GAAP.
- Experience leading ERP, consolidation, planning, reporting, or data-governance initiatives using platforms such as SAP, D365, OneStream, or comparable systems, supported by strong executive communication, financial modeling, program governance, risk management, and problem-solving skills.

The annual salary range for this role is $175,000 -$200,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
