Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Review developed tools and outputs for process mapping, visualization, and data analysis and communicate to senior level clients
  • Identify key stakeholders, organizational improvement in financial management & operations, process workflow, and roles & responsibilities
  • Oversee the review of root-cause analysis activities, validate corrective actions, link like-kind issues, create and communicate roadmaps, identify dependencies and risks to senior stakeholders and execute formal project management activities
  • Manage the identification of key stakeholders and opportunities for organizational improvements in financial management & operations
  • Research, interpret, review and communicate the impact of Federal standards, policies, and regulations on financial operations
  • Identify opportunities for improvement or growth, develop target operating model strategies for process improvement or reengineering, guide mid to large sized teams in the execution of strategies and transformation efforts, execute agile project management capabilities and communicate strategy and status to senior level clients

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of eight years of federal financial management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline from an accredited college/university; CPA / CISA / PMP / CGFM / CDFM / CFE / LSS certifications preferred
  • Experience with FASAB, GAO, FAR, FMR, CFR, Treasury, and OMB
  • Experience in leading project engagements, staff development, internal financial controls, business process analysis, and financial business systems
  • Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading financial practices
  • Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
  • Applicant must possess a U.S. Government Secret clearance
