What You'll Be Doing
• Lead, develop, and mentor Facility Services team members while overseeing hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Direct maintenance, environmental services, grounds operations, contracted services, and capital improvement projects across the community.
• Manage departmental budgets, purchasing, inventory control, and financial performance while driving operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, inspections, audits, and emergency preparedness programs.
• Partner with residents, community leadership, and stakeholders to enhance facilities, improve services, and support a positive resident experience.
Pay: $162,500 - $175,000 / annually DOE
About You
• 10+ years of facility services, building operations, or related experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Services, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; CFM or BOM certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, regulatory compliance, fire and life safety, and facility management best practices.
• Proven experience managing budgets, projects, vendors, and high-performing teams in a customer-focused environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CMMS software.
