About the Role In this high-impact leadership position, you'll oversee all aspects of our multiple operational departments at our Las Vegas facility, with a focus on efficiency, quality, safety, and continuous improvement. You'll lead cross-functional teams spanning production, supply chain, engineering, quality assurance and finance to deliver exceptional results for major brand activations and live experiences. What You'll Do • Lead and manage day-to-day operations to meet production schedules, quality standards, and project deadlines for live and experiential events • Oversee the production and delivery of custom builds for trade shows, branded environments, and temporary installations • Develop and implement strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and scale production capabilities • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, creative, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless execution • Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning • Monitor KPIs and drive data-informed decision-making across departments • Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing leadership team • Work closely with senior leadership to align operational strategy with company goals What You Bring • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field • 10+ years of progressive experience in operations or production management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role • Direct experience in trade show fabrication, or live event environments • Expertise in managing large-scale production for custom, high-visibility projects with tight timelines • Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills • Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving ability Preferred Qualifications • Experience with automation or advanced manufacturing technologies • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle • Proven success leading cultural and operational transformation initiatives Last but not least, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion.
