Overview:
OverviewSentara Health is seeking a Director of Enterprise Identity and Digital Trust to lead the continued growth and increasing complexity of its Identity Program. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with experience in a healthcare environment.
The Director will build scalable, automated, and policy-driven programs that reduce risk, strengthen compliance, and enable secure digital transformation.
Education- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience
or
- 10 years relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree
Experience- 5 years of relevant leadership in enterprise environment (Required)
- This role requires deep expertise in:
- Identity lifecycle management and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
- Non-Human Identity (NHI) strategy
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Authentication and authorization
- Zero Trust principles aligned with NIST and recognized cybersecurity frameworks
- Proven success in leading team transformations
- Strong Project Management and Communication Skills
We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $202,030.40 - $322,275.20 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.

Sentara Independence provides quality outpatient services to the surrounding community. The facility includes an ambulance-accessible emergency room that is supported by board-certified physicians. Sentara Independence is now an extension of the quality services at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital including advanced imaging and physical therapy.
