Full Job Description
Compass International Holdings is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and influential Director to join our Enterprise Communications team. In this role, you will shape how the company communicates its most important priorities, translating business strategy into clear, compelling communications that inform, engage, and align employees across the enterprise. This is a highly visible role that partners with senior leaders to help employees understand our strategy, navigate change, and stay connected to our mission and values.

Success in this role requires sound judgment, strong business acumen, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor who can simplify complex ideas, build strong cross-functional relationships, and deliver communications that drive alignment and engagement across the organization.

In this Role You Will:
  • Partner with senior executives and business leaders to develop strategic communications that advance company priorities, strengthen employee engagement, and drive organizational alignment.
  • Lead communications for major company milestones, organizational updates, product launches, leadership announcements, and employee initiatives.
  • Develop and execute enterprise communications strategies in partnership with leaders across functions, including People, Product, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
  • Create compelling executive and employee communications across multiple formats, including speeches, presentations, emails, talking points, FAQs, manager resources, and company-wide announcements.
  • Equip leaders with the messaging, tools, and guidance they need to communicate effectively with their teams.
  • Continuously improve how we communicate by identifying new approaches, including AI-enabled solutions, that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and employee engagement.

What We're Looking For:
  • 9+ years of experience in internal communications, executive communications, or a related corporate communications field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing high-impact communications strategies that support a wide range of business objectives.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership at a high-growth, publicly traded, or Fortune 500 company.
  • Excellent organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A positive, proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
  • Real estate industry experience is a bonus, but not required

Compensation: The base pay range for this position is $183,500 - $200,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.

This is an office-based role, with our New York City Flatiron office (110 Fifth Ave.) as the preferred location. Our Madison, NJ office (175 Park Ave.) is also an option.
