Responsibilities- Lead measurement strategy. Define KPI frameworks, baselines, reporting requirements, and measurement plans that connect marketing activity to outcomes across the customer journey. Agree on definitions for leads, qualified leads, conversions, customers, and revenue with client stakeholders.
