Job DescriptionThe Corporate Financial Reporting & Analysis Director is a key leader within the Corporate Finance organization responsible for enterprise-wide financial reporting, management reporting, forecasting consolidation, KPI governance, and executive decision support. This role partners closely with Accounting, Treasury, Business Unit FP&A teams, and senior executives to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights that support operational execution and strategic decision-making. The position serves as the central owner of management reporting processes, quarterly forecast consolidation, annual operating plan coordination and long-range planning support. The individual will lead a team responsible for delivering executive reporting packages to the CEO, CFO, Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors, and external stakeholders as appropriate.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Reporting & Consolidation- Lead consolidated company financials, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning (LRP) reporting.
- Own enterprise-wide management reporting packages, including:
- Revenue and gross margin reporting
- Operating expense reporting
- Headcount reporting
- Capital expenditure reporting
- KPI scorecards
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance reviews.
Executive & Board Reporting- Develop CFO, CEO, Executive Staff, and Board reporting materials.
- Translate complex financial information into concise executive-level insights and recommendations.
- Identify key trends, risks, opportunities, and business drivers affecting results.
- Support financial close and forecasting, and own financial reporting package for management.
FP&A Leadership- Coordinate forecast submissions across all FP&A teams and functions.
- Drive forecasting accuracy, reporting discipline, and planning process improvements.
- Lead financial planning calendar management, reporting governance, and deliverable tracking.
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate spending, headcount, investment priorities, and resource allocation decisions.
- Partner with Accounting, Internal Audit and Tax teams on GAAP/non-GAAP reporting framework, management discussion/analysis support and reporting process governance.
Systems & Data Governance- Serve as a business owner for FP&A reporting systems and dashboards.
- Improve automation and reporting efficiencies through planning and reporting platforms.
- Establish KPI governance, master reporting definitions, and data quality standards.
Team Leadership- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of analysts and managers.
- Foster a culture of accountability, analytical rigor, and business partnership.
- Establish clear objectives, performance expectations, and career development plans.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 15+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, or Reporting experience.
- Significant exposure to Executive Leadership Team.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and enterprise planning processes.

The compensation range for this role is $133,680- $213,900. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
