Job Description:To be successful in this role, you must have at least 10 years successful industry experience with at least 5 years handling accounts from $10 to $250 million+. A bachelor's degree in an industry-related field is required. You must be able to effectively prioritize and balance big picture & immediate responsibilities; listen effectively and value the opinions of others & acknowledge contributions of others; train, manage, and hold staff accountable to get results consistent with corporate plans; recognize, select, and hire top talent at the appropriate time; and develop talent to all levels within construction operations. You need a solid understanding of the local construction market and ability to effectively negotiate construction contracts to Ryan's best business and legal interest. You must have a proven ability to manage team successful & profitably and lead & develop people. Resolving issues promptly for a 'win-win' solution is required

- Assess and promote professional skill development and training for direct reports

- Develop contacts and quickly build relationships with potential clients
- Play a key role in relationship building and management of customers
- Make effective and convincing formal sales presentations to prospective customers
- Effectively negotiates business and legal provisions of construction contracts
- Consistently achieve customer satisfaction goals and raving fans
- Consistently promote high levels of quality, design and profitability on projects
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the Ryan business model, including development, capital markets, design and engineering, preconstruction, and building services/property management
- Promote innovation within Ryan and act as an ambassador to peers in other regions and divisions
- Coordinate with market sector leads to balance workload, responsibility, and integration between sector and region talent
- Align Regional and Divisional priorities with peers to ensure high levels of execution, accountability and consistency.
