Job Description: Director, Commercial Integration Initiatives (2 year assignment- June 2028)
Scope of Responsibility:
Lead the Indirect P2P platform integration initiative, acting as the Business Lead in partnership with MGS Commercial, DT, and D&A teams to evaluate legacy system (KBuy, Ariba), people and process capabilities. This includes providing business leadership during 2026 discovery, preparing an integration recommendation and driving stakeholder alignment by year end. In 2027, the role would lead design, build, test and deploy activities resulting from that decision.
Define and Deploy PR/PO Limits of Authority (LoA) approvers and thresholds aligned to the new Mars Snacking Commercial Operating Model, protecting existing Kellanova tax benefits and supporting transition to a tax-optimized model for Mars Snacking.
Partner with the Commercial Integration Team and Integration Management Office (IMO) to ensure project compliance to iPLC and PMXi governance processes
Drive change management, communication, and commercial adoption programs in partnership with C&C resources to prepare leaders and associates to navigate and make changes to WoW, while minimizing buying disruption. Lead hyper-care activities and ensure handover to BAU resources/teams.
The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 153,600.00 - USD 211,200.00
