Job Description

As the Director you will lead the multidisciplinary care center in delivering exceptional patient care, operational excellence, and an outstanding service experience. This role provides strategic and administrative leadership across all aspects of care delivery, with a strong focus on quality management, patient and customer satisfaction, and efficient use of resources.

The Director is accountable for developing and executing business and unit plans that advance clinical quality, workforce engagement, service outcomes, and financial performance. They ensure the care center's priorities, operations, and culture align with the organization's mission, values, and excellence goals across people, service, financial, and clinical performance.

Depending on the care center's structure, this position may carry 24-hour operational and leadership accountability.

Reports to: Vice President - Chief Nursing Officer

Candidate Qualifications

Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
  • Masters of Nursing or related field is required or actively enrolled.
  • Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
  • Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
  • Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
  • Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
  • Requires completion Clinical Specialty Professional Certification within 1 year upon meeting eligibility requirements.
  • Requires 7-10 years of relevant experience.
