The Director at Chick-fil-A plays a crucial role in supporting the restaurant's daily operations. This position involves leading a team, ensuring excellent guest service, and maintaining high operational standards. The Director works closely with the Executive Directors and other leaders to drive business growth and uphold Chick-fil-A's values.
Director Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Train and develop team members in guest services, food preparation, and safety standards.
- Execute daily operations, ensuring compliance with Food Safety, Cleanliness, Quality, and standards.
- Address guest complaints and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Monitor Financial performance, including labor cost and inventory management, to ensure profitability.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
