Full Job Description
Position Summary: The Director, Cancer Center provides strategic, operational, and administrative leadership for the Hospital's Cancer program and associated oncology services. The Director is responsible for the overall coordination and performance of Medical Oncology and Radiation Oncology and works collaboratively with physician leadership, nursing leadership, hospital departments, and affiliated surgical oncology practices to support an integrated, high-quality cancer care program.

The Director is accountable for strategic planning, visionary leadership, operational performance, patient access and experience, financial stewardship, regulatory and accreditation compliance, program growth, and service integration across the cancer care continuum.

Working in partnership with physicians and clinical leaders, the Director promotes coordinated, multidisciplinary cancer care from diagnosis and treatment through survivorship and supportive services. The Director also serves as a primary administrative liaison with surgical oncology and other oncology-related providers, supporting effective operational coordination, facility utilization, and alignment with applicable agreements and hospital policies. May perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications: Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), Public Health (MPH),or a related field. Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible healthcare leadership or management experience, including experience in clinical or ambulatory operations. Minimum of three (3) years of management or leadership experience with responsibility for staff, operations, budgets, and performance improvement. Experience with budgeting, financial management, strategic planning, and operational improvement.

Preferred Qualifications: Five (5) or more years of leadership experience in oncology, cancer services, infusion services, radiation oncology, or another complex specialty service line. Experience leading or supporting both physician and hospital-based operations. Experience in a comprehensive cancer center, or large integrated healthcare system. Experience with
Oncology accreditation, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and cancer program development.

Salary range: $199,110 - $220,000 annually.
