How You'll Make an Impact- Partner with our sales and client service teams, optimizing performance and refining processes for sustainable growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships that expand our reach across e-commerce and Amazon ecosystems.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation strategies, thought leadership content, and industry visibility.
- Manage and maximize the CRM (Pipedrive) to streamline reporting, tracking, and conversion efficiency.
- Represent Envision Horizons at industry events, webinars, and podcasts, helping position the brand as an industry thought leader.
- Drive revenue growth by overseeing contract strategy, service positioning, and negotiations in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Partner with internal teams to identify new channels, improve go-to-market strategies, and strengthen client relationships.
What Sets You Apart- 5+ years of business development experience with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets.
- 3+ years in business development roles within e-commerce, ideally with 2+ years in Amazon or marketing agency environments.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on experience building partnerships and managing key accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
